Responsibilities :
  • Prepare tender submission including taking-off, calling quotation from relevant sub-con and supplier, compile and submit to superior for verification and approval and filling tender document.
  • Prepare expected profit and loss budget, material budget in term of computerized, compile and submit to superior for verification and approval. The work includes re-check the taking off quantity vs. the construction drawing issued.
  • Compare, evaluate and propose the sub-contractor to the management for final approval and prepares letter award to sub-contractor.
  • Prepare correspondence letter related to contractual issue and submit to Head of Contract for reviewing/ verification purpose.
  • Verification of material requisition vs. specification.
  • Prepare Certificate of Sub-contractor claim.
  • Prepare Monthly progress claim from the site valuation and feedback from site representative in the relevant project.
  • Taking off quantity, drafting BQ, preparing and analyzing cost for tendering works for future jobs.
  • Preparation & verification of monthly progress payments/claims, creation/ evaluation of V.O items from under measured BQ/ items not measured as from drawings and project final accounts.
  • Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as extension of time, loss and expenses, etc.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field on construction is required for this position.

Responsibilities :
  • To assist the Project Manager in the realistic overall planning, scheduling and monitoring of site progress and related authorities.
  • To inspect & monitor product quality
  • To lease with consultants, contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and comply with the standard requirement.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English/BM/Mandarin.

Responsibilities :
  • Manage existing customers and develop new customers, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • To organize sales visits to prospective customers to demonstrate and present products and company profile.
  • Support trouble-shooting at customer plants in regard to product usage, quality and performance.
  • To prepare costing & quotation as and when required by customers.
  • To negotiate sales contracts and bidding packages with customers.
  • To liaise with internal quality and production team for quality complaints raised by customer.
  • To coordinate with internal process team when a customer sample request is required and update project status / activity reports on weekly basis or as when required.
  • To update weekly likely sales update and provide monthly sales forecast/budget and analysis reports of sales performance. 
  • To monitor monthly customer payment and follow up on late payment.
  • Monitor and ensure the continuous improvement in customer satisfaction for his product group. 
  • Undertake any other assignments as and when required from time to time.

Requirements :
  • Minimum Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in sales environment, preferably in plastic manufacturing industry. 
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm and resourcefulness to identify new ideas and possibilities. 
  • Pleasant and mature disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels.
