Responsibilities:
  • Collect and centralise data from various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct data and documentation reviews, ensuring quality and completeness, and performing gap analysis.
  • Support the delivery of various ESG data analyses, data visualisations, and reports. 
  • Provide support in the preparation of Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports.
  • Assist in performing materiality assessments, developing data strategies, action planning, and reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation of ESG initiatives and strategies implementation
  • Manage and maintain various ESG ratings and disclosures.
  • Conduct research and stay abreast of evolving ESG developments, including standards, framework developments, regulatory changes, and best practices. 
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements :
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience working in a related field
  • Proficient in data handling and spreadsheet management skills with attention to detail while handling large amount of data
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Bursa’s Sustainability Reporting Requirements is preferred
  • Passion and motivation to learn and further develop in fast growing ESG Reporting field
  • Ability to work independently and being proactive, motivated, and a fast learner
  • Outgoing, taking initiative, and possessing strong stakeholder engagement skills

Job Description :
  • To provide an independent opinion to management on the status of internal controls in the group of companies.
  • Review the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information.
  • Examination and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the organization’s system of internal controls.
  • To identify opportunities for improvement in internal controls, report on weaknesses in internal controls on an exception basis, and propose recommendations to management for further improvement.
  • Undertake other assignments assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements :
  • Minimum degree or professional qualification in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of internal audit experience, preferably in the manufacturing and property industries.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good report writing.
  • Must be willing to travel and possess their own transport.

Responsibilities :
  • To handle day-to-day matters and documentation.
  • To implement marketing strategies.

Requirements :

Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for day safety activities in construction site by work closely with contractor team and ensure that they are fully comply with our safety policy and standard.
  • To do a safety induction to contractor employees.
  • Daily safety payroll with contractor or project team.
  • Perform a work permit check with a proper risk assessment.
  • Supervise, monitor the site labour force and make safety actions on construction sites.
  • Equipment & hand tools inspection.
  • Prepare a SHE report, daily, weekly, monthly basis.
  • Perform a preliminary accident investigation and provide information to all concerned parties.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must have yellow book by DOSH & CIDB Green Card is must.
  • Competency in Scaffolding level 1 is added advantage.

  • Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
  • Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
  • Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
  • Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
  • Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
  • Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs
  • Provide job training to workers to meet production goals.
  • Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.

Requirements :
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Polymer/Engineering/Applied Science or relevant course
  • At least 3 years hands-on working experience in manufacturing environment preferably in plastics/polymer industries

  • Able to travel overseas as and when required.
  • Knowledge in inventory costing.
  • Able to work independently and meet tight datelines.
Responsibilities :
  • Manage existing customers and develop new customers, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • To organize sales visits to prospective customers to demonstrate and present products and company profile.
  • Support trouble-shooting at customer plants in regard to product usage, quality and performance.
  • To prepare costing & quotation as and when required by customers.
  • To negotiate sales contracts and bidding packages with customers.
  • To liaise with internal quality and production team for quality complaints raised by customer.
  • To coordinate with internal process team when a customer sample request is required and update project status / activity reports on weekly basis or as when required.
  • To update weekly likely sales update and provide monthly sales forecast/budget and analysis reports of sales performance. 
  • To monitor monthly customer payment and follow up on late payment.
  • Monitor and ensure the continuous improvement in customer satisfaction for his product group.

Requirements :
  • Minimum Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in sales environment, preferably in plastic manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities :
  • To assist in preparation of the monthly/ quarterly/ annually management financial reports to the Management.
  • To assist in preparing a monthly cash flow analysis and yearly budget projections. 
  • To assist in preparation of consolidation worksheet, reviewing management account and financial analysis on company’s performance.
  • To assist in monthly & year-end closing activities and any other relevant financial and management report.
  • To participate in inventory and other internal audit to maintain strong internal control and adhere to various policies and procedures.
