Job Description :
  • To review and evaluate that risk management, internal control system and corporate government process of the group of companies are adequate and effective.
  • Review the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information.
  • To identify the risks and internal controls improvement, report on risks identified and effectiveness of the mitigation controls and propose recommendations to management for further improvement.
  • Undertake other assignments assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :
  • Minimum degree or professional qualification in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of internal audit and/or risk management experiences, preferably in manufacturing and property industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good report writing.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Must be willing to travel and possess own transport.

Responsibilities :
  • Timely preparation and analysis of monthly management reports.
  • Responsible in handling full spectrum of accounting, cash flow, treasury, taxation and management reporting functions.
  • Responsible for preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Liase with external auditors, tax agents other statutory bodies/authorities to ensure compliance with audit, taxation and statutory requirements

Requirements :
  • Process at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in accounting Finance/ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in audit field.

Requirements / Job Description:
  • ICSA qualification or part ICSA qualification
  • Having at least 2 years of experience in secretarial with exposure in public listed companies is added advantage

Responsibilities :
  • Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.

Responsibilities :
  • Manage existing customers and develop new customers, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • To organize sales visits to prospective customers to demonstrate and present products and company profile.
  • Support trouble-shooting at customer plants in regard to product usage, quality and performance.
  • To prepare costing & quotation as and when required by customers.
  • To negotiate sales contracts and bidding packages with customers.
  • To liaise with internal quality and production team for quality complaints raised by customer.
  • To coordinate with internal process team when a customer sample request is required and update project status / activity reports on weekly basis or as when required.
  • To update weekly likely sales update and provide monthly sales forecast/budget and analysis reports of sales performance. 
  • To monitor monthly customer payment and follow up on late payment.
  • Monitor and ensure the continuous improvement in customer satisfaction for his product group. 
  • Undertake any other assignments as and when required from time to time.

Requirements :
  • Minimum Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in sales environment, preferably in plastic manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities :
  • Provide support and administration for office 365, active directory, antivirus endpoint, firewall, networking, website, ERP, CCTV, door access control system & photocopier.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of network access, server structure, directory structure, user access and user profile in accordance with IT access policy.
  • Ensure the security of data, policy, devices, and backup system up to date.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problem to the end- user.
  • Perform fault analysis, classification, and troubleshooting of incidents through report.
  • Perform customization of daily, weekly, and monthly ERP reports for production & finance users
  • Support and maintain the network infrastructure and systems used.
  • Conduct periodic vulnerability assessment of the IT application systems, system management, network and communication infrastructure, and security infrastructure. 
Requirements :
  • Preferably Executives with experience in hardware & software troubleshooting.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server and Desktop OS installation/support. 
  • Experience in SQL is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN & Internet networks.
  • A team player that is responsible, able to work independently and under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
