The Board of Directors of Scientex Berhad (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Fifty-First Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 18 November 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the AGM held on 17 December 2019.
