The Board of Directors of Scientex Berhad (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Fifty-Fifth Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 15 November 2023 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the AGM held on 14 December 2023. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. This announcement is dated 14 December 2023.
