Conditional share sale agreement (“CSSA”) executed within the
two-month stipulated timeframe in the heads of agreement (“HOA”) signed on
14 November 2018. Scientex collectively holding 139.1 million ordinary
shares in Daibochi , representing approximately 42.4% controlling stake in
Daibochi.
