Proposed acquisition of entire 20,000,000 ordinary shares representing 100% shareholding in Klang Hock Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd (“KHPI”) by Scientex Packaging Film Sdn Bhd (“SPFSB”).
SPFSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientex Berhad had on 23.2.2018 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the 4 individual shareholders to acquire the entire shares of KHPI for a total purchase consideration of RM190 million.
